The factor which would have altered the course to the bureacratization induced by the international geopolitical isolation would have been the convocation of the Constituent Assembly. The CA basis of a direct democracy constituational process would have lifted the isolation of the Bolsheviks in power and led to the construction of an organized Civil Society and Judiciary.
Presently in Québec we have calls for the CA from both the Québec solidare and Green parties.
