The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung obviously has now completed the digitisation of “Neue Zeit”, so that Kautsky’s article is now available online and also the Article by Radek which Kautsky polemicized against.

Vol 13 covers 1895/96 (the volumes of Neue Zeit started with the fourth quarter ending with the third quarter of the next year), each volume conceived as two parts or half volumes each one numbered thru from page 1 to the end

This article “Sekte oder Klassenpartei?” by Karl Kautsky was published in volume 27, 2nd part, issue no. 27 of April 1909, pages 4 to 14.

The article by Karl Radek “Bemerkungen zur Frage der Einheit der Arbeiterklasse” appeared in Neue Zeit, vol. 27, 1st part, No. 24 of March 12, 1909, pages 868 to 877.

The library of the “Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung” (SPD) is scannning in “Neue Zeit”, but not yet all volumes are available online at this moment in time. See http://library.fes.de/nz/nz-zeit.html
