The Foner edition (Clara Zetkin: Selected Writings) states that they have taken their German text from the proceedings of the SPD 1896 convention in Gotha, and that it was also published in pamphlet form. Foner gives no indication that it has been shortened.

Lüko, you have better access to the German editions of Zetkin’s writings than I do. However, let me say that there is an edition of Zetkin’s writings (Gesammelte Werke) published in German between 1923-28, edited by Zetkin herself and the Polish communist Warski, which includes at least six volumes.

Foner states (p. 188) that Zetkin also drafted a resolution adopted by the Gotha convention on propaganda among women that included a range of demands for equal rights for women, including the right to vote and to equal pay for equal work, plus demands for protection of women workers.
