The government dismiss this option WITHOUT any reason, nor logical neither reasonable, shifting almost every day a different version… meanwhile those indigenous keep theirs’.

Since Tipnis is a protected area, The “idea” of make a law to take care of the “park” could sound great, but you are talking about a country where nonlegal wood goes through main roads and if the authorities try to do something the outlaw ppl just fight them… ask whoever of this country specially La Paz where the government doesn’t act at all.
